Well established, AmLaw 150 firm with approximately 400 attorneys which is seeking a Director of Professional Development and Training (DPDT). The DPDT will work closely with the Attorney Development and Training Committee to develop and implement attorney training and professional development programs. Specifically, the DPDT will be responsible for directing training programs including: CLE, Trial Academy, attorney training programs, summer associate training programs, risk management training programs and firm-wide mentoring programs. In addition the DPDT will prepare and maintain firmwide training and development budget in association with the firm’s Controller. Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of 10 years professional development experience in Human Resources and Attorney Training. A Bachelors degree is required preferably within the disciplines of Education, Human Resources or Psychology. A JD would be considered a strong plus.
